Investigated multifunctional robotic manipulation strategies over the summer, extending work on dexterous manipulation with the SLURM Lab at USC.

LiDAR-SLAM Mobile Robot

Built a physical and simulated mobile robot with a 2D LiDAR SLAM algorithm that maps environments and localizes the robot within them with high accuracy.

Underwater ROV Frame · Northwestern Robotics Club
Freshman year – Spring 2025

Designed a new robot frame in SolidWorks and performed FEA to optimize drag and mass characteristics for Northwestern Robotics Club's ROV competition entry.

Design Thinking and Communication · Northwestern

An assistive scale with a detached weight display and LED ring, designed with an engineering team for users with limited mobility at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab.

Heartbeat Horse Race · DPEA
Senior year · Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy

Programmed an interactive museum exhibit using heart rate sensors, LED arrays, and motor-pulley systems that races horses on screen to a visitor's heartbeat.

Built a museum exhibit that visualizes standing wave patterns on a vibrating metal plate using sand, demonstrating acoustic resonance to young students.
